Knowledge Hub The Knowledge Hub is where you manage the documents, links, text, and Q&A content used to train your AI Agent. This knowledge directly powers how your chatbot understands and responds to user questions. Use the Knowledge Hub to upload documents, add website links, write custom text, or create Q&A pairs that improve your chatbot’s knowledge base. Page Overview Knowledge List Area This section displays all knowledge sources you’ve added. If no content exists, you’ll see a prompt encouraging you to add your first knowledge source. Search & Filter
  • Search knowledge: Quickly find uploaded documents, links, or text.
  • Date range filter: Narrow results by when knowledge was added.
Export Allows you to export your knowledge data for backup or review. Adding Knowledge Click Add New Knowledge to open the knowledge options panel. You can add content in four ways: 1. Upload Document Upload files to train your bot.
  • Supported formats: PDF, TXT, DOCX
  • Best for manuals, policies, guides, FAQs, or structured documents.
2. Add Link Train your bot using website content.
  • Crawl a single page or an entire website
  • Useful for blogs, help centers, or documentation sites.
3. Add Text Manually write or paste content directly.
  • Ideal for short explanations, instructions, or custom information.
4. Create Q&A Manually add question-and-answer pairs.
  • Best for specific, common, or critical user questions.
  • Gives you precise control over the bot responses.

  • Avoid uploading duplicate or conflicting content.
  • Structure documents properly for better understanding.
